Smoking is permitted only outside the residence or within the garage, provided all smoking materials are properly disposed of and do not create a fire hazard or nuisance. 5. Parking Vehicles shall be parked only in designated paved or approved parking areas. Parking on lawns, landscaped areas, gravel areas not designated for parking, or any grass-covered portion of the property is strictly prohibited. 6. Pets Only small household pets are permitted with prior written approval from the Landlord. Tenant is responsible for any damages caused by approved pets and must comply with all pet-related rules outlined in the lease. 7. Lawn and Yard Maintenance Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and general yard condition throughout the lease term, including mowing, weed control, watering, and debris removal.
