Great 2 story with all you need. The yard is big enough, but not to big with a plum and two apple trees, and the house sits in a cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic. The floor plan is big and open flowing from entry to Living room, to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a half bath and pantry easily accessible, with the patio door taking you out to the covered patio and back yard. The Carpet is only 3 years old, and a portion of the front of the roof has just been replaced due to a leak that has been handled. At the top of the stairs is a 9x10' area that is currently used as a kids play area. All of the bedrooms are up along with the utility room and a very spacious laundry room with lots of shelving and counter space. One of the best I've seen in this type of home.
