Lease Terms and Conditions Lease Duration and Renewal: Initial Term: This lease agreement is set for a term of one year, commencing on the specified move-in date of August 1st. Renewal: Upon expiration of the initial term, this lease will automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods at a 4% rental rate increase each year, unless either party provides written notice of intention not to renew according to the lease termination conditions.
