Ultra speed WIFI and three 55" Smart TVs provide you and your company with the space and technology you need to have a relaxing evening inside. I am flexible with the move in date, rental length (month to month) or I can rent up to 6 months. I am happy to answer any questions you have. The owner pays for water, sewer and grounds maintenance. The owner also pays the HOA yearly dues. The tenant is responsible for electric and internet. The lease duration is negotiable, however there is a 1 month minimum.
