Water, garbage, and sewer is included in rent, with tenant responsible for electric and gas. We do run criminal, credit, and rental history checks. No past evictions or recent bankruptcies. Given the current environment, we will only be showing the property with submitted application. However, we will not charge the application fee until after you have seen the property and want to move forward with the application. Owner pays trash, sewer, and water. Tenant responsible for gas and electric. Pets okay with separate pet lease and pet deposit.
