Central air was just installed to keep you cool during the summer months. Rent is $1,350 per month, with a $1,350 deposit. Water, garbage, and sewer is included in rent, with tenant responsible for electric and gas. We do run criminal, credit, and rental history checks. We do not rent to anyone with a felony or recent misdemeanor or eviction/bankruptcy. Monthly income requirement of at least 2.5 times rent. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking allowed. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) permitted with a monthly pet rent.
