It is a short walk to both Pearl Street and to CU campus. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, and full bathroom and there is a kitchen, full laundry room, and outside patio overlooking the mountains. All but the bedrooms are furnished and the kitchen is well outfitted. This house is in a quiet neighborhood so it needs to be a quiet space (particularly after 9). The apartment is available starting December 1 but we could start in January as well. Rent for the apartment would be 1500 per month including utilities. The lease could be for 5-8 months (with August 1 end date). Pictures show some patching and painting in progress. There is parking in the driveway and widely available on the street. This is a quiet neighborhood so it needs to be quiet, especially after 9 pm. No smoking. Also, no large get togethers (there can be exceptions for this but get permission from landlords). Cats are allowed.
