There is a fridge, microwave, and a 2 burner stove/ no oven this is ideally suited for someone who does not LOVE to cook (although cooking is still possible). While this is a basement unit, there is lots of natural light in the front and back. Parking is easy, Ballston metro is less than 2 miles away, and again: pet friendly, pending approval from the resident dog/cat. The unit is private/separate from the rest of the house, but we would share the yard. DEAL BREAKER: you must love dogs because I have a dog care biz in my home. A year lease is preferable but that is negotiable. The rent includes all utilities (heat/ac/water/wifi). Again, the deal breaker is you must love dogs. In addition to the awesome resident dog, there are frequent guests here as I have a home based dog care business.
