The school bus shows up every morning at the end of the driveway. There are many extras included with this property, including: hay elevator, woodstove, 5 face cords of firewood (ash), and 50 bales of hay. The mineral rights are not included. Also there is a small easement to a farmer's field in the back, and a pasture lane on the side of the property. The property was last assessed at $42,00.
