The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, induction heating stove top, and coffee maker. In the pantry you will find a stick vacuum, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The Hacienda We are located North of Adams on a quiet, safe well-lit street. Our cozy compound features fruit trees (oranges, guava, plums, grapefruit, and lemons) and a lovely garden courtyard with patio furniture, lighting, and a Little Free Library in the front yard. There is also an RO filtered water system onsite. Location Normal Heights is San Diego's quaintest neighborhood with regular arts festivals, bars, and restaurants. The Hacienda is conveniently located just 1 block from Starbucks, Vons, Subway, Riteaid pharmacy, and the #11 metro line with service to downtown. There are over 20 restaurants, 6 bars, 4 coffee shops, and a great yoga studio within just six blocks. You are also only 4 blocks from the 1-15 freeway and a short 12 minute drive to downtown or the airport or beaches. The Hacienda is also located off Mountain View road which is an idyllic winding 3 mile loop that is popular for runners, bikers, and walkers. The Owners Father and son live onsite in two of the units and have extensive handyman skills so you can be assured there will likely always be someone on-hand if you need help or have a repair.
