I am renting my awesome home in the Tollgate Crossing neighborhood. I'm looking for quality renters who will take care of the house inside and out, and be great neighbors. The house will be ready for move-in as of August 1, but I'm open to an earlier date we can discuss. It has three bedrooms, all on the upper level, along with two full bathrooms, and a half bath on the main floor. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The main level has a living room and a family room separated by the kitchen. Also on the main level is the walk in laundry room and a half bath. The house has everything you need: 1. Gas fireplace 2. Wood floors and brand new carpet* 3. ADT alarm system with exterior cameras (renter can activate a monthly subscription to use the system or leave it off) 4. Air Conditioning 5. Fully fenced back yard with deck 6. Oversized two car garage 7. Unfinished basement for ample storage 8. Ceiling fans 9. Mature trees 10. A very quiet and clean family neighborhood with amazing neighbors 11. In ground sprinklers 12. Free access to neighborhood pool and clubhouse The neighborhood is really great. Very nice and friendly neighbors who take care of their homes. It has very easy access to 470, and there are multiple large shopping centers within a 5 - 10 minute drive including Southlands Mall. Washer and dryer included. I am not renting first come first served, but to the most qualified renter who will take care of the house and be a great neighbor. Prefer a longer term lease, 12+ months. First & last months rent, and a lease option deposit required. Dogs welcome with refundable pet deposit and non refundable monthly fee. Renters insurance required.
