I started at $550/mo in Oct 2008, and was $602/mo by the time I left in early 2014. Park management also advised this is a no pets allowed community; however, a large number of residences have pets (cats/dogs/birds) and no one seems to care. Owners are responsible for lawn care. The park will charge $50 ontop of your monthly lot rent (as of 2014) if they have to cut it themselves. It's a quite mobile park. The Elementary school is located right next to the park and is accessible by a small paved path that leads between the mobile park. This community is located 0.1 mile from the Matthewstown Harmans Park. This community is located less than 1 mile from Arundel Mills Mall/Safeway/shopping plaza's.
