*. Parking Disclosure: There is one assigned parking space in the front of the house. Please don't block others' parking spaces.
*. AC Disclosure: The home has central AC, though the 4th-floor master may still feel warmer during extreme summer heat.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house nor on the balcony. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
