I can drive to beach in 5 minute or ride my bike to the beach in 15 min. I love the miles of hidden bike trails close bye. I like being 5 minutes off HWY 95 and close to shopping. I really love how quiet the neighborhood is and the low utility bills. Many of the amenities are dated I know but it they all work well and I have enjoyed my little condo. Its a perfect little place for a young couple or single person. Owner is responsible for electric.
