The apartments are lived in and cared for by those who love our community and the owner lives onsite. We host a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) pickup and tenants purchase renewable energy and compost their food scraps to reduce waste and help the environment. We are making plans to start an herbal healing space and consultancy on the first floor. This second-floor apartment is available March 1st and will be unfurnished. It is a light-filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with large closets. It boasts great views of the garden on all sides. Street parking is available or secured parking with an electronic gate will be available soon for an additional $100 a month. We are looking for respectful tenants who would hopefully like to join us for occasional music events, backyard fires and community gatherings and are committed to living as sustainably as possible in the city.
