Santa comes every year and we have an Easter egg hunt every year. We also have luminaries and community yard sales along with bike rides on Independence Day. The neighborhood is also close to schools, shopping, restaurants, library, airport, downtown and parks with soccer fields, canoeing and fishing. We have low HOA dues of less than 27 dollars a month due annually for a total of 320 dollars. It is quiet neighborhood with low crime, too.
