Enjoy a furnished, spacious, private bedroom and shared bathroom (with one other housemate) in the basement of our humble abode. We have recently updated our basement with new LVP flooring, carpet, paint, and a bathroom makeover. Marci (owner) is on the main floor with one additional room that is currently available as well. Please let me know if you would prefer a private bathroom and we can see if the upstairs room is available! Shared space consists of a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, chest freezer, dishes), family room, dining room, and laundry room. The hot tub is available 24/7 and we only ask that you are respectful with your noise level, especially during quiet hours. The backyard and patio are large and private so you are welcome to relax in that space as well. We ask that all occupants clean up after themselves when using the common areas. Month-to-month lease terms are available with a 30 day minimum (would prefer between 1-6 months). Pets are not allowed because our 13 year old dog, Benny, is fragile during his golden years. Other dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Due to cat allergies, we are unable to accept them at all. No smoking inside the home. Tenants are responsible for having a renter's insurance policy in place prior to move-in date. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Utah.
