Private locked room, with a shared bathroom. Smoking outside only, unless it's really cold. Then, in the garage is okay. I maintain the common areas, and grounds. But, you'll have to pick up after yourself. The shared bathroom will need to be a shared respite for the roommates. There's no other roommates at this time. Lease can be as long as you need, or as short.
