Photo ID: All persons 18 or older must submit a copy of their driver's license or other approved photo ID with the application. 6. Credit: A credit report must be processed for each applicant 18 years or older, minimum score of 600 or additional security deposit. 7. Criminal: A criminal background check will be processed for each applicant 18 years or older. 8. Pets: Non-refundable pet fee of $250, and monthly pet rent of $20 per month per pet.
