Home is well-stocked with amenities: large, smart TV, fully-equipped kitchen, desk, monitor and queen-sized bed in each bedroom, and extra towels and linens. Sip on Nespresso coffee on the terrace or by the bay window. Indulge yourself with the perfect morning routine. Everything you need is walkable within about 5-15 min: Metro, Trader Joe's, Target, Safeway, post office, dining in Downtown Bethesda, CVS, Washing Sports Club). Also footsteps away from the Capital Crescent Trail. Additional fees apply for pets and must be approved by Landlord. Suitable for 6 people. Home rules: 1. This home has not been child-proofed, has two sets of stairs without baby gates, and does not have a bed suitable for infants and small children. 2. No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate cancellation of the rental without reimbursement. 3. Quiet time is enforced between the hours of 10pm and 8am (7 days a week). 4. Children must be supervised at all times. No running, horseplay, or jumping on the furniture are allowed on premises. 5. No smoking of any kind, including nicotine-, tobacco-, or cannabis-containing products. Violations will incur forfeiture of the security deposit. 6. If additional cleaning is required to bring the home back to original state (e.g., stains on walls or furniture), an additional $150 per hour of cleaning will be charged. 7. Renters must take full responsibility of any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By signing the rental agreement, the renter has agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Renter is advised to purchase insurance to protect themselves of such events. 8. If more guests sleep at the location than the number originally stated in the rental agreement, the security deposit will be forfeited. 9. Parking: One car may be parked in any spot marked "Reserved." At the end of your stay, place the parking permit by the "Welcome," sign in the kitchen. Renter will be charged a replacement fee of $100 if it is not returned at the end of the stay. 10. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individual, let us know immediately. 11. Use the stove fan when cooking. 12. Trash/Recycling (weekly every Thursday morning, unless there is a holiday): Place by the curb by the green "Kenwood II" sign in front of the parking area Wednesday evening. You must bring the cans back and place to the right of the basement door Thursday evening (no later than 9am Friday). The property managers will take the cans if they are still by the curb. Renters will be responsible for retrieving the cans from the property managers or will be charged for replacing the cans. 13. Ensure that the trash/recycling cans do not block the ventilation of the outdoor fan unit. 14. Fireplace may NOT be used during the stay.
