Private bedroom that has its own bathroom.. $2 washer and dryer located on the property. The kitchen will be shared with three other tenants/housemates. Tenants clean up after themselves and there are no assigned chores, etc. You will need your own cookware and silverware. House is located near many stores and bus stops. Close to I-805. Lease is month-to-month, but would like tenants to stay at least 3 months. Rent covers water, sewage, garbage, electricity, gas, and internet utility costs. Heater/AC is not provided (tenants will need to purchase the own). Tenants using these will be charged more when the electricity bill comes. You need to get permission to have overnight guests but will typically not be allowed outside of emergencies or out-of-state visits. Please keep it to 1 guest at a time and keep the noise down as walls are shared with other tenants. No pets except service dogs allowed.
