I am outgoing and friendly but will not be in your face. My neighbors are all amazing. I'll be taking care of the yard maintenance. I would love this to be more of a communal space and not feel like I have to tip-toe around you and vice versa. My ideal situation is to have someone rent March and April but if you want to come in a week into March and book through the end of April that I can make that work. I expect you to be clean, non-smoker, be friendly, recycle, live green, and allow me in from time to time to fix things that break, make improvements, updates, etc when needed but I would never pop in unannounced. I will allow a small pet but being that the place comes with nice furniture and with nice wood floors, we would have to come up with a deposit and/or agreement that if anything gets damaged, it gets fixed and/or replaced. There's only room for one car to park off-street so this place is ideal for one person or a couple that shares 1 car. The street parking can be a pain because only one side can be parked on.
