Spacious apartment on the second floor of the building with all wood flooring throughout the apartment. There are also 3 cats that in the apartment. The private room is full of natural lighting with 2 windows and it has 2 closets as well. One closet has enough space to put bigger bags while the other is a smaller closet. The room is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has a large island in the middle with marble counter tops. There is plenty of cabinet space and a pantry to put your kitchenware and food. There is a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven that can be used. There are two bathrooms on the unit. One bathroom has the shower/bathtub and the other has the washer and dryer. The living room is very big with plenty of room to relax in and many windows for great natural lighting. There is also a place for extra storage in the back hallway to put any items you would like to immediately be able to access as well as a basement that you can store your other items that you do not need. Duration is until April of next year and then monthly after that. No smoking in the house and parking is two cars per floor. No pets as there are pets already in the apartment. If anything breaks or maintenance is needed, let the others know so that they can contact the property manager. We do have a cleaning routine set up so following the routine would be preferred.
