The studio has three large windows that let in plenty of light, looking out onto the back and side yards. The laundry room is at the bottom of the stairs. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Due to limitations in parking and our septic system near the creek, the studio is only able to accommodate one person. All utility costs are included in the monthly rent. All utilities are included and fast internet. One month minimum lease. No smoking or drugs. There is off-street parking on site. We take care of snow removal.
