There is so much storage in this house, it is closets galore, even in the garage! We replaced the stove, the dinosaur seen in the pictures has been taken out and a newer stove is there now. This is a duplex but this unit is the only one with access to the backyard and allowed to have pets. The neighbor is very quiet and nice. The bedrooms are both great sizes - you could easily fit any size mattress in the master bedroom with room to spare. The A/C and Heater are both only a few years old. there is a laundry closet located in the dining area that fits a full-size washer/dryer. Built in cabinetry in the living room and the kitchen has ample amounts of cabinet and counter space. Owner pays for Water/sewer/trash; tenant pays all other bills
