We have a spacious room downstairs available August 1st in a large 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house near Creston, perfectly situated close to Powell and Foster. The Move-In Costs: -Monthly Rent: $685 utilities included -No utilities are due for your very first month, so August rent is lowered to just five hundred. -Security Deposit: $400 -Total Move-In Cost: $900 (First month's rent + deposit) -Screening Fee: $30 (Application/background check required by management) The House & Amenities: -Full kitchen with plenty of storage space -Large, shared living room -In-unit washer and dryer -Fenced backyard (smoking out back is totally fine) -Professional Cleaning Service: We all pitch in for a monthly cleaning service that takes care of the bathrooms and common spaces every month and a half! About the Household: There are currently 4 roommates living here (ages 25 36), and you will make it 5 total. We consider this a semilively home a couple of us work late hours and play music, so it is an active household, but we all stay to our own spaces for the most part. We are a chill house that values good communication and respecting each other's schedules. House Policies & Flexible Move-In: -Early Move-In Option: If you want to move in a week or so early to have extra time to get your stuff moved, we can absolutely discuss that and prorate that extra week. -Pets: Negotiable. We have successfully had a tiny dog live here in the past, so we are open to discussing it. I believe the past renter had to pay a pet fee. -Lease Term: 1-year master lease commitment starting August 1st.
