Rent is $975/month. There is free street parking as well as off-street parking that is $50/month. Laundry is in the basement of the building, as are storage lockers. The apartment has beautiful floors, a dishwasher, copious closet space (with 3 closets!), and is on the top (fourth) floor, so is very quiet. There is a pet fee for cats.
