The roof, facia board, gutters, garage door and opener were all replaced within the last two years. The A/C units were replaced within the past four years. The water heater was replaced approximately six years ago and is still under warranty. For safety and security there are hurricane-lock doors, a 500-gallon propane tank, a whole-house generator, and Ring security on all four sides of the home, this residence offers added peace of mind.
