Application: After you have provided all of the required information and application fee(s), we will begin processing your application. The application process can take 1 to 5 business days depending on the timeliness of responses from current and previous landlords and current employers. We process rental applications on a first come, first serve basis and we only process one application at a time for each property. Below is helpful information for submitting an application for one of our properties: Any person that will be living in the home age 18 or over is required to complete an application. There is a $50 Non-refundable Application Fee for each financially-responsible applicant, and $30 Non-refundable application Fee for each person over the age of 18. The application fee may be made via Cash or Zelle. We will run criminal background checks on anyone residing in the property over the age of 18. We will verify employment and rental history of all financially responsible applicants. Financially responsible applicants must provide 2 current pay stubs or Offer Letter (if relocating for work). All applicants must provide a copy of Driver's License or other Government Issued ID with application. If the property you are applying for allows pets, you must provide a picture of your pet with the application. Applications typically take two to three business days to process. Please note, application processing time could be delayed depending on the timeliness of responses from employers and previous landlords.
