Cypress Lofts are being built across the street along with a bank which will shoot the property value up even more in couple of months. New high school just built. Amazing Home! A little too much house for a 5 year old and a new born. Believe a bigger family could enjoy it until our kids get older. Willing to help the buyer with furniture and will sell with the house. Including our New wood L Shape office Desk, our dark wood office desk from Ashley’s furniture with wood cushion chair to go with it, large charcoal BBQ Grill (10-8 gauge steel), older weight set, new guess room bed, U shape couch from Ashley’s furniture, lamps, newly bought Christmas tree and decorations from Hobby Lobby, newly bought dining table from Nebraska furniture mart, appliances including built in microwave, stove and dishwasher will stay and still have warranty from factory.
