OCCUPANCY Maximum Occupancy: 5 Guests Only approved occupants listed on the lease agreement may reside at the property during the rental term. MOVE-IN COSTS Monthly Rent: $2,700 Security Deposit: $2,700 Cleaning Fee: $190 (Non-Refundable) All move-in funds must be paid in full prior to occupancy. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized occupants, or lease violations shall be the responsibility of the tenant. MOVE-OUT REQUIREMENTS At the conclusion of the lease term, tenants are expected to: Remove all personal belongings Dispose of trash Leave the property in reasonably clean condition Return all keys, remotes, parking passes, and access devices Report any damage that occurred during occupancy EARLY TERMINATION Thirty (30) days written notice is required for lease termination or non-renewal. Any early termination requests must be approved in writing and may be subject to additional charges outlined within the lease agreement.
