We look forward to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay! This is a month-to-month rental and is available for anywhere from 1-8 month rentals. Owner covers lawn care, gas, water, trash and up to $300 in utilities (high electric use overages are billed to guest) $125 cleaning fee on a monthly basis. No smoking indoors. Dogs are welcome with $125 non-refundable pet fee per dog. For stays more than 30 days, mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
