THE SPACE This three-story duplex townhouse boasts spacious accommodations for a comfortable stay. The driveway has enough space for three vehicles. The nearest public beach access is conveniently located within a five-minute walk or a two-minute drive. FIRST FLOOR The first floor features a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, accommodating up to six guests. Additionally, there's a cozy coffee bar tucked in a corner and a bar-top table with extra seating. The living room offers a luxurious sofa and a 65-inch Roku-enabled smart TV for your entertainment. A convenient half bathroom is also available on this floor. BACKYARD Step out from the first floor to the backyard, where you'll find an outdoor table and seating. Enjoy the outdoor space with Adirondack chairs and make use of the gas grill provided. A central area of the patio includes an outdoor shower. SECOND FLOOR The south bedroom on the second floor features a king-size bed with an additional twin bed and trundle. This room opens up to a balcony. The north bedroom also offers a king-size bed. Both rooms are equipped with 50-inch Roku-enabled smart TVs. These bedrooms share a double vanity bathroom with a stand-up shower. The laundry area on this floor is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are available for guests' use. THIRD FLOOR The tastefully decorated master bedroom on the third floor features a king-size bed, a foot-of-bed bench, a comfortable velvet chair with a footrest, and a full-length mirror. The other bedroom on this floor offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle and a 50-inch Roku-enabled smart TV. These bedrooms share a double vanity bathroom with a shower and a tub. Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, which includes a private balcony and deck exclusively for their use. It is important to note that as a duplex townhouse, the central balconies are shared common areas with the adjacent unit.
