Parkside South consists of 20 homes that are of individual architectural plans. No 2 houses are alike. Parkside South residents take pride in their homes and landscaping. All of the homes are well taken care of. Tradition Drive is the only street in Parkside South and it ends in a cul-de-sac. We have very little traffic in our neighborhood other than the residents themselves. We have a homeowners Association that is made up of homeowners in the neighborhood that are elected on a yearly basis. Our Homeowners Yearly Dues are just $145.00. Which is Phenomemnal! It is a quiet, nice neighborhood to live in.
