I am going to Australia and need to be out of my apartment by January 30 at the latest. Its located in The Reserve at Ridgewood Plantation, which is a friendly and diverse community. It is only a five minute commute to campus and you have a road that is not as crowded as 501 to get to Carolina Forest where there is Kroger and many other restaurants. The apartment complex has a pool, a gym and a sand volleyball court. This apartment has a rented full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and ice-maker. We also have a private balcony that has extra storage space. You will be sharing an spacious 1,140 square foot apartment with a roommate, appliances included, on the first floor. You get your own bathroom and walk-in closet. It is furnished but you will need to bring bedroom furniture as I will be taking mine with me. They do allow pets and my roommate already has a chihuahua. Also December/January's rent will be paid for you, you just need to pay the utilites which include caleb/internet and electric.
