We share the yard, but the cottage has a parking spot large enough for two or three cars accessible from the alley, so you have your own separate entrance. Pets welcome (any size) as long as they're not destructive or constant barkers and are good with other dogs. I have dogs that will share the yard, but I'll be installing a yard separating fence/gate soon (so you'll have your own yard space in the near future). The cutout between the kitchen and living room has a wooden bar counter with metal stools you're welcome to use if you want. The bedroom has a high vaulted ceiling and a door with access to a side yard (which will also be fenced off soon for privacy). The utility room has a washer and a dryer. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, and a gas oven/stove. New cellular blinds on some windows. Prior tenants have been able to pick up my Wifi, and we can chat about whether that would be a possibility (I need more bandwidth now that I work from home).
