Enjoy your stay in this sweet relaxing basement apartment. Located on the east side of I-15, within walking distance to UVU. You'll be close to everything! Public transit, eateries, parks, gyms, theaters, shopping, etc. This is a college town with a lot of fun things to do and explore. This is the basement of an up/down duplex. You may hear faint voices and will definitely hear footfalls from above, but it's cozy, completely separate with separate entrances. The space You do have to walk to the back of the house to access the unit, the backyard is unfinished (just dirt). There is a double entrance to the apartment, the first door you enter is an "outdoor hallway" of sorts. There may be leaves or dirt tracked in this area season depending. Then you enter your lovely apartment. Living space has a TV to enjoy your favorite show and movies, the kitchen table seats four people. It can also double as a nice workspace. Good natural lighting. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a good meal. From pots and pans to baking essentials. You'll have access to a washer/dryer unit, always a bonus! No need to run out to a laundromat. In the bathroom, you'll find a standup shower (no tub). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash will be provided if don't plan on bringing your own. The bathroom is pint-sized but cleans no grand claw foot tubs here. There are two bedrooms, both similar in size. Both have queen memory foam mattresses. No TV's in the bedrooms. This home is listed as an 'entire place' as it is a private unit in an up/down duplex. The apartment in the duplex NOT shared and there is nobody is able to access them except you. There is a door locked on both sides (the key is not kept at the property) that separates the units. There is a mattress against that wall for soundproofing (works better than the other specialty soundproofing materials we have tried). You will hear footfalls and voices from above. This may not be the best place for you if you are a very light sleeper.
