All surfaces and touch points (light switches, door knobs, handles, blind pulls, remotes etc.) are sanitized using CDC approved sanitation products for Covid-19. All bedding is washed in hot water and sanitized according to CDC standards. Stay safe, stay covid clean. The space Cute 2 bedroom place is perfect for couples and families or business travelers. Situated in a quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from UVU, 2 minutes to the freeway and 15 to BYU. This home is listed as an 'entire place' as it is a private unit in an up/down duplex. The apartment in the duplex NOT shared and there is nobody is able to access them except you. There is a door locked on both sides (the key is not kept at the property) that separates the units. There is a mattress against that wall for soundproofing (works better than the other specialty soundproofing materials we have tried). Message for the rental agreement
