We require credit, background check, and rental history, and must be able to verify income. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Security deposit and first month's rent must be paid in certified funds (cashier's check or money order) We are unable to rent to anyone in active bankruptcy. If the applicant has been in bankruptcy in the previous 5 years, and the bankruptcy has been discharged, the application may be considered. On the property, we allow pets, the NON-refundable pet fee paid upon move-in is $300 per pet. The second pet is a double deposit. No more than 2 pets are allowed on the property.
