My apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath with a beautiful balcony view of the court yard. My bedroom is downstairs with a walk in closet and a full bathroom with a tub. My bedspace is by far the biggest in the unit. It comes fully furnished with a 40 inch TV in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Although it is a 3 bedroom I am the only one living here so if you have roommates in mind there is space here for them as well. The wyatt is a gated community with a gorgeous pool and amazing work out facility with free tanning beds. There are also basketball/volleyball courts on sight. The wyatt is steps away from the University of Kentucky and there is a bus that runs from the apartments to campus. All utilities included, fully furnished.
