LOTS of closet space for both bedrooms. There's also a great hall closet for coats. The high ceilings are wonderful. The crown moldings around the light/fan fixtures are great. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. Stovetop is electric. Hardwood floors in living room, half of kitchen, main hallway, and main level bedroom. Washer & dryer included in the apartment. There's a nice outdoor porch deck in the back as well with a futon to sit on. There's on street parking (no permit required) but the driveway is shared with the girls who live in Apt 2 upstairs. Heat and hot water are National Grid, electricity is NStar. The utility bills this month were in total $100 per person, but that will drastically decrease in the summer. There's currently an internet-only subscription to RCN at $46/month. Quite a beautiful and very well-kept apartment. Cats are OK, dogs are not supposed to be OK. These rooms are not going to be sublet separately and will not be available before April 1st.
