It is a 7-10 minute walk to the Quincy Center T station (also, bus line route #'s 220, 221 & 222 stop in front of the building). The apartment is on the top (4th) floor (and there is an elevator) on the southeast corner of the building (it gets early morning to early afternoon sun). There is carpet throughout (in some of the pictures the carpet color may appear to be a light tan, but it is actually a darker mocha with white highlights). As you walk into the apartment to the right there is an area for a kitchen table (with a ceiling fan) and to the left there is a work in kitchen, which has a stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The living room has an A/C and a balcony. The master bedroom measures 15' x 12' and will easily fit a king size bedroom set, the second bedroom is smaller (it measures 10'5" x 10') but you might be able to squeeze in a queen size set, certainly a queen bed and one set piece or a full sized set. There is a full bath (a tub with a shower). The building itself has security locks on the doors, an intercom system, coin operated washers and dryers and a parking lot for off street parking. We do not allow dogs (sorry) but most other pets are acceptable.
