This is by far the nicest and cleanest park in the entire town and also the least expensive space rent. Will include glass top range, dish washer, washer, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. Spacious home with recent updates. 2 years ago we had the flooring done in entire house except the two bedrooms, at the same time we had the master bath remodeled and added a tile walk in shower and a new toilet and flooring. Last fall we added new gutters with screens the full length of both carports. In 2017 we added a new carport on the north side and in 2020 we added the south side carport. In 2020 we did the exterior paint. In 2021 we added a 7x7 storage shed under the north side carport, there is also a metal shed under the carport that is 7x9 on concrete that belongs to the park but goes to this space. In 2019 we had a Quadra Fire gas stove installed for heat. We use the Quadra fire heat the entire home all winter, there is of course also the electric furnace. The air conditioner keeps this house as cool as you want it all summer long.
