Though this two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located right off Peachtree and walking distance to a ton of restaurants and trails, it is very quiet and safe. You walk into a stunning view of nothing but sky and tree tops. Tons of natural light pour into the living room and there's a cute little nook where I like to read and have my morning coffee. The place comes fully furnished with a brand new samsung TV, high speed internet, and all utilities taken care of. You'll have two reserved covered parking spots. I truly love living here but am working out of the state for 6-7 months. Obviously I'm looking to rent this to help pay the mortgage and HOA, but I very much want someone that will enjoy it as much as me while I'm gone and take good care of the place. I had two traveling nurses here last year and loved hearing from them on how relaxing it was to come back from their long, stressful hours at the hospital but could decompress here. Place is fully furnished. No smoking please. I'm covering all the utilities so you can just move in and move out easily. The condo is very nice and secure, the people we hire that manage the front desk are amazing so please treat them with respect and let them know of any guests that may be coming. I'll be gone from Oct 15 (ish) to Apr 1, but I can adjust the end date as needed to fit with whatever you need. I have a few cousins that live around here, so my wife and I can stay with them if you need the condo longer. My main concern is simply that this place is well taken care of and that you enjoy it.
