There is a laundry room with a sink, counter, washer and dryer attached to the smallest bedroom. From the great room and master bedroom, guests can access a large covered patio to enjoy outside dining or a fire with incredible panoramic views of the mountains and its wildlife residents. Beyond the porch is a large lawn and pathway to our waterfall studded pond. Excellent wireless Internet service is also available to guests. In addition to rent, tenant will pay for electricity use (about $75/month) and propane use for heating. No pets or smoking in or around this property. Ample parking in front of house.
