As a starter, you'll find essential supplies, such as a roll of paper towel, a dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all bins, a new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering, so you can conveniently pick up any additional items you may need for your stay from the nearest supermarket. Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in. Vista Cay Resort is a centrally located community offering concierge service, a clubhouse with a poolside bar, BBQ pits and picnic tables, a theater room, arcade games, billiard tables, a gated resort with security and cameras, a game room, a kids' splash pool at the clubhouse, a two-mile lakeside jogging trail, a green resort with recycling initiatives, trash pickup daily, a business center, complimentary parking, a sundries shop, a sports court, and a kids' playground. No smoking is allowed and pets are strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a minimum charge of $400.00. There is no daily housekeeping; the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee. Florida law prohibits leaving open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets, and all food items are removed after checkout. Condiments and coffee powder are not provided before check-in. Excessive required cleaning or a double clean is charged at $100.00.
