We love fur babies and welcome them always! 2 pet limit with a one time non refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet. Cleaning fee of $200 is also charged at the beginning of the lease to cover professional cleaning post stay. Extension beyond 90 days requires 45 day advanced notice and is subject to approval of both renter and landlord. Renters must show valid identification and agree to lease terms.
