Location: - North end of Oldtown Alexandria along the scenic (and green) George Washington Parkway and the banks of the Potomac River. - 8/10 of a mile walk to Braddock Road metro. - 1/3 mile to Slaters Lane shops (Rustico, Buzz Bakery). - 7/10 of a mile to North Oldtown restaurants (TJ Stones, Hanks Pasta Bar, many others). - 1.3 mile walk to the center of Oldtown (King Street/waterfront park). - Less than 3 miles (and one stop light) to DCA (National Airport). - Less than 4 miles to Crystal City. - 5 miles and one stoplight to the center of the National Mall (Washington Monument). - Very close to the city, but also surrounded by rejuvenating nature.
