It is located near the Northwest tech center with Google, Amazon and Facebook, a few blocks away. There are a plethora of shops, restaurants and pubs all within a stones throw as well as easy access to public transportation. Unit 10 is a top floor 1bedroom situated on the Southeast corner of the building. This unit is ideal for someone who does not own a car and would prefer to walk, ride a bike or take the bus to work. Cats and small dogs welcome (less than 25 lbs.). The flat utility fee for w/s/g is $75 per month. This is a no smoking building. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
