Parking off street. Responsive landlords who fix your problems. Small garden spot. Our tenants usually stay for years!! Last tenants decided to move back to their home state of California. First month's rent and last month's rent as a deposit are expected at signing of lease. We would like at least a year lease. Most of our tenants have stayed much longer.
